Barbi Verhaeghe

My name is Barbi Verhaeghe, and I specialize in Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) for both post-operative care and overall wellness. I am certified by the Academy of Lymphatic Studies in lymphedema and lipodema management, complete decongestive therapy, and post-mastectomy support.

With a clinical background in high-acuity patient care spanning three decades, I bring a unique perspective to massage therapy. I began my career as a Registered Radiologic Technologist and have worked as a CT Tech in critical care environments—including Level I, II, and III Trauma Centers in Alabama, North Carolina, Las Vegas, and Orlando. I maintain my RT and LMT licenses and keep my CLT current.

I transitioned into massage therapy to combine my deep understanding of anatomy and systemic function with a more holistic, hands-on approach to healing. While providing other modalities of therapeutic massage, I’ve focused my practice on the lymphatic system, with a passion for improving outcomes through MLD.
